If you need to Reschedule or Cancel a game, please refer to Section 14 of the BGL Operations Manual 

The BGL Executive and Member Association Representatives passed a motion that each league team is allowed a maximum of 3 rescheduled league games over and above any weather related reschedules (Click here for AMA Road Report).  Please refer to Section 12 for fines, forfeits, and league suspensions.

Please complete the following form report for the rescheduling of a game.  This should only be completed by the HOME Ice Allocator, in order to avoid duplication.

Individual team staff are not permitted to complete this form.  The reporting of a rescheduled game will only be accepted by an association Ice Allocator.

By clicking submit, the following individuals will be notified and receive your form: BGL Vice President, BGL Statistician, BGL Webmaster, BGL Referee Assignor.

You must be sure you have made referee rescheduling arrangements before you reschedule with BGL.  Please click here to read the Referee Rescheduling Information.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you provided an email address to receive a confirmation of your reschedule, this will be provided shortly.  Please forward this confirmation to your affected team, statistician and opposing team ice scheduler.
